Aesop Rind Concentrate Body Balm & Geranium Leaf Body Cleanser Review

Have I already told you guys how I love the euro??? No? Well, I've always had my eyes on Aesop but felt that quite frankly that it was a bit pricier than what I'd like to spend on Beauty products...says the girl who spends a fortune on foundation...but anyhoo I managed to get my hands on the Rind Concentrate Body Balm and the Geranium Leaf Body Cleanser.

Packaging
I'm loving the whole vibe of the bottles. i can also tell you that their stores are quite unique. I was surprised to hear that Aesop is an Australian brand as I find their style very Scandinavian, which is a good thing. I tend to trust those Scandinavians. There's no fancy writing or any fancy distractions with the bottle, you see what you get literally with the ingredients easily visible.

 Impression

There's nothing new about the appearance or texture of both products with your standard body balm and body cleanser consistency. The balm smoothly soaks into your skin and leaves a slight residue as cream do. I do love the feeling of the cleanser you do get the 'I feel clean'  impression after using it.

I'm Loving
One thing that I feel is mention worthy is the smell. I believe that Aesop really tried in making their products unisex. Most of the products if not all can be used by either sex which reflects in the smell, which is quite Herby and a bit heavy. I find the scent more on the masculine side with its heavy tones at times, BUT it's nothing to put me off in fact I'm quite loving it.

I've also been using the Parsley Seed Facial Cleansing Masque and yes, that stuff is good too, honestly. All in all I'm mightily impressed with Aesop and can only recommend them. However if you don't fancy spending quite some money on something general like body cleanser I'd suggest that your starting product should be one of their mask like the Parsley Seed Facial Cleansing Masque. I've been suing if now for a while and out of all the Aseop items it seems to be the most effective.

Let me know what you guys think about Aseop, have you tried some of their products?
