Now it's not a secret that I LOVE Benefit, I am and will probably forever be impressed with their recent Are They Real Push up Liner & Mascara, so I was even more eager to get my hands on their latest new addition. Thankfully, this months Elle gave us all a glimpse of Benefit's latest Roller Lash Mascara.

Packaging wise, even sample size it's lovely to look at and fits in any purse. It really is a perfect traveling size. Don't you just LOVE Benefits vintage feel when it comes to their packaging?
There's tiny hooks on the bristle ensuring that they grab even the tiniest of eyelash. The curve setting formula is supposed to hold the curl for up to 12hours. I do like the design of the brush and favour the more hard and rigid feel of it ( in comparison to bendy bristles). I did apply a few coats and tested it for a couple of days but I do have to say that while the mascara stays on for a a good 10-12 hours the formula felt quite heavy on the eyelashes...
As a whole, I'm afraid but I'm not too fond of Benefit's latest addition. It's a good mascara don't get me wrong BUT for the prize £19.50 you would find similar prized mascaras that would frankly do a slightly better job. However, seeing it's compact size it'll be a sure travel companion!
