Not too long ago I was invited to take part in BonPrix.uk's Winter Walk Shoot. To start off, I was so flattered to be asked in the first place and squealed like an excited bunny to take part in this amazing opportunity.
Being German I'm aware of Bon Prix, as they are quite an established brand. I'm 100% sure that most of my friends in Germany own piece of clothing from this amazing retailer. I've never been asked to take part in photo shoots so I was even more nervous and excited to receive this amazing opportunity.
So, one autumn morning I made my way to Leeds to where the shoot was being held. Arriving at the Mansion in Roundhay Park, I was really taken aback as to how pretty the whole surroundings, including the park looked- It was a perfect setting for the winter walk shoot. Can I just say at this point about how lovely Leeds is? I'm completely in love with that city it just has such a friendly and cool vibe. I'll definitely be back soon.
The whole theme of the shoot centred around a Winters walk showcasing Bon Prix's latest winter clothing. This new collection features a range of colourful and affordable contemporary designs made from elegant fabrics that will keep you warm dry and looking fabulous over the coming months. To fully showcase how beautiful these pieces are Bon Prix teamed up with a few northern bloggers to create their first ever blogger Lookbook.
For my first Look, I wore this gorgeous khaki parka with the fur trim paired with lovely beige knit accessories. I completely loved this outfit it was just the perfect outfit for a casual day-to-day style. I do you have to say that now I'm quite keen on knitty head accessories, the gorgeous piece I'm wearing here really impressed me.
For my second look, I wore a black parka jacket with a light fair trim and Beige ankle boots again another Look I would totally wear on a day-to-day basis.
Afterwards we were treated to some lovely afternoon teen in the Green Room the in-house restaurant at the mansion. We were presented with an incredible spread, everything from afternoon tea cakes to super scrumptious desserts plus a glass of Prosecco - an absolute delight. If you're ever close to Roundhay Park, definitely drop by and sample some of their lovely dishes.
