It's that time again - Summer is well and truly here! If you haven't started planning your summer beauty regime then here are a few pointers to get you started. To kick things off, find a list of both my 'lust list and gifting list below.

I am often very clueless as to what to gift people in the summer. I'm known to be the worst gift-giver in the entire universe. Sorry Mum. The best advice I had been given recently was to imagine and think - what would I like to receive as a gift myself?
So if it were up to me and being a complete beauty addict, all I need/desire are a few new makeup bits and gift sets. You can never go wrong with a gift set, and with an unlimited amount of choices out there - there's the perfect gift sets for even the pickiest of people. My go to brands for gift boxes and sets are Jo Malone and L'occitane. It's more than the actual items, every little detail is a feast for the eyes. I really enjoy their beauty gift sets, their packaging is just too gorgeous.

When it comes to Beauty, I don't play. Ha. No, I'm definitely more into my beauty than my fashion and love to discover the next best beauty item for me. I've been following Kevin Aucoin for a while and his makeup looks are just stunning. I just love how his makeup makes you feel a million bucks. His molten metallics range is just gorge!

When it comes to fragrance I'm the monogamous type! Ha. I'd like to think that I have found 'my fragrance' - L'occitane's Néroli & Orchidée perfume is connected to so many memories of mine and has been my 'scent' for 2/3 years now. (Bought a L'occitane gift set as a Mother's Day gift and slowly made it my own. Sorry).
Nip and Fab have ventured into makeup and their new makeup palettes are just gorge! I can definitely say that it's only a matter of time until I get my hands one then, well...next time I'm in town in Superdrug's. I'm off to Paris soon and trust me, one of the first destinations will be Sephora. I'm definitely going to treat myself to the Tarte Palette - the colours are just to gorgeous!
